Liberti, founder and CEO at Orlando-based Fun Crew USA, has earned Level 1 ride inspector certification from NAARSO (National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officials). The NAARSO ride inspector certification signifies that a person has achieved a high level of knowledge and skills about amusement ride operations and mechanics.
Information covered in the certification process ranges from the history of amusement rides to the cutting-edge technology used today. Earning the certification requires understanding issues such as mechanical force, tensile strength of bolts, electrical connections, electrical grounding, safety restraints, blocking, ride signage and more.
“Studying to earn the NAARSO ride inspector certification was difficult but worth every minute, ” said Liberti, who has overseen Fun Crew USA for more than two decades. “I think what we offer at Fun Crew USA – the chance for people to relax and have fun – is needed now more than ever. I want to provide that to people in the best way possible, and that includes not only providing great entertainment rentals, but also ensuring safety.”
